Hibernal is an interspecific vine variety, used in organic farming for its higher resistance to fungal and fungal diseases. It was bred by Helmut Becker at the Research Institute in Geisenheim in 1944. It was created by crossing the Riesling x Seibel varieties. It was entered in the State Variety Book in 2004.
The wine is of excellent quality, aromas of linden blossom or peaches, spicy, rind type. As a rule, it has a distinct aroma.
In our winery, it belongs to the Organic series, which represents wines from vineyards with an ecological management system.
