Vinařství Volařík manages its own vineyards that cover a territory of 80 hectares, of which 4.2 ha is managed as part of organic farming. Most of vineyards are placed on the warm slopes of the Palava Hills in the very south of Moravia and are amongst the best-quality viticulture areas in the country.
